A recent find on eBay is this vintage cardboard record divider with the image of Warhol’s Latin Rhythms cover, for making browsing easier at the record shop. Apparently RCA provided this kind of cards to the record shops, that fitted in record bins or drawers that had a bar in the bottom, on which these cards slided. The EP’s were stacked behind the different cards.
The colours of the drawing on the card are much darker and more vivid even than on the record itself. The front of the card is laminated, very glossy. Simply beautiful.

I continue to be amazed at the rare and obscure items you have been able to find, so far away from Warhol’s home country. If there was ever a Warhol cover Museum, your collection would make a certain institution in Pittsburgh very jealous.
